New Construction Pressure Washing in Auburn, AL
Gibson Pressure Washing was recently contacted by our builder partner, The Worthy Group, to perform a full exterior cleaning before their new homeowners closed on a property in the Auburn Country Club subdivision in Auburn, Alabama.
The Worthy Group wanted to ensure the home looked its absolute best prior to move-in — and we were happy to deliver.
Red Clay Removal & Surface Restoration
Red clay stains are a common challenge in Alabama, especially on new construction sites where loose soil can quickly stain concrete, brick, and stone. Left untreated, these stains can be difficult to remove and impact the overall appearance of a new home.
Our team performed a detailed red clay removal and concrete cleaning service across multiple surfaces, including:
Foundation walls – Removal of red clay buildup and discoloration along the base of the home
Concrete driveway – Full surface pressure washing to lift red clay, dust, and debris
Flagstone front porch – Gentle cleaning of natural stone to restore its original color and texture
Sidewalks and entry areas – Final detail cleaning to enhance curb appeal for the new homeowners
We used a combination of professional-grade surface cleaners, soft wash techniques, and red clay removers formulated specifically for our region’s unique soil makeup.
